After a career focused on the human development, the transition to individual coaching has come as a matter of course. During the recruitment and assessment interviews I conducted throughout my career, I was able to see just how out of touch the interview could be, for whatever reason. But all the paths are unique, and each one can find his place, from his own talent. This reality is often masked by injunctions of success and recognition which we impose upon ourselves, or which we accept with the utmost sincerity. This results in situations of discomfort, even stress, in situations where we would like to avoid them.
With NEV Conseil, I bring to my clients 17 years of experience in human resources, within SMEs and international companies in consulting (IT, eco-organizations) and in industry (pharmaceutical, metallurgy). I also contribute, through my attachment as well as my skills in valuing human beings, to placing them at the centre of the equation, not as a means but as a goal: We are all equipped with the necessary skills and abilities to achieve ourselves, and to contribute to what corresponds to us.
My approach
Support my clients in this process of individual recognition and valorization of their talents, particularly in situations of recruitment interview/evaluation, in order to sustain an "ecologogical" professional activity for themselves.
